Meet the new school psychologist Ms. Ashley McGinty- Napolitano. Most of you are probably saying, what is a school psychologist? Well, her job is to work with students who are struggling with emotional issues that are getting in the way of their learning. Her goal is to create a welcoming environment. Ms. McGinty-Napolitano said she always knew she wanted to be a school psychologist.  

Before coming here she worked with elementary students in Philadelphia. She got her degree in psychology at Gwynedd Mercy University and went on to focus on school psychology at The Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. 

Outside of her job, she said she loves doing yoga, running and going to the beach. A phrase she likes to live by is “I am enough,” which she has tattooed on her wrist to serve as a constant reminder that she is always enough. So far she said she loves HH and its happy environment.
