Happy Hatsgiving!
The smell of delicious, mouth-watering food attracted the entire second floor F-wing to Student Council’s Hatsgiving last week.
For the first time, Student Council held Hatsgiving on Nov. 15. Members brought in food and celebrated the upcoming holiday with friends during HATS.
It was a fun way for them to spend time together outside of meetings and connect on a deeper level.
Ava Basile, a member of Student Council said, “It was a fun way to bond. It felt like a big family dinner.”
Student Council co-adviser Mr. Joe Grady said he is grateful for the students he works with and this was a way to show it. “I’m grateful to have them in my life, and I’m so proud of them as human beings.”
“It gave us the opportunity to show how thankful we are to have each other as a support system. Our goal is to make HH and the community the surrounding community a better place and we are thankful we have that incredible opportunity.”
